Nature, Not Human Activity Rules the Climate is called a
Summary for Policy Makers because it summarizes the known science on climate
change up to 2008. Written by 24 scientists from 17 nations, it includes key
peer reviewed research that the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change (IPCC) either did not include, or refused to include. More
important, it is not politicized to report pre-conceived conclusions as is
the case for the highly politicized IPCC.
The consequences of implementing corrective measures
contained within the Kyoto Protocol or several bills introduced in the US
Congress are severe, costing billions of dollars and up to $1000 to $3000
for every man woman and child in America –
all on the basis of highly questionable science that has been politicized by
the IPCC. Nature, Not Human Activity, Rules the Climate provides the other
side of the science story, and clearly shows that it is highly unlikely that
carbon dioxide (CO2) is causing global warming. The sun and solar activity
provide the key for understanding climate change. The economically
destructive global governance demanded by Kyoto is not needed.
